If you're training for something bigger than the Healthy Heart 5K, Wild River Fitness can help. Iron Mike is a certified personal trainer, who has more than 30 years experience as an endurance sports athlete, having completed 40 marathons as a runner, 100 bike racing events and 19 American Birkebinner ski marathons. In the 2008, Mike qualified, competed and finished the World Championship Ironman Triathlon in Kona, Hawaii.
